Turn the meeting recording in meeting/ into a verbatim transcript and save it as minutes/transcript.md.

The speech-to-text API is documented in API.md. The API key is in the environment variable AI_BUILDER_TOKEN; never write it to a file or print it. Names and terms are listed in names.md.
